Born and raised on the North Sea island of Pellworm, Jan moved to the Netherlands for his studies. He began his career in commercial shipping in Hong Kong, where he also founded M Yachts in 2015. With over 15 years of expertise in the yachting industry, spanning management, chartering, and brokerage, he brings extensive knowledge to the company. Today, he lives with his family in Munich and, as Managing Partner, is primarily responsible for the strategic development and growth of the company.
